WOD 4.19.13

CONDITIONING:

PART 1
Rotating Tabata-8 rounds of:

Push-ups
Sit-ups
Squats

PART 2

Rest 1:30 after the Tabata, then run 800m. This should be an all out effort.

Post Tabata score for each movement and time for the run to comments.
