SKILL:

1) L-hang: accumulate 2:00

2) Handstand holds: 3xME-rest 30 seconds


CONDITIONING:

EMOM for 12 minutes:

ODD: 1 Power snatch + 1 Hang snatch OR 1 Power clean + 1 Hang clean and jerk @ 75%
EVEN: 1 Driveway shuttle run (down and back=1) * these shuttles should be all out efforts.
