STRENGTH:

EMOM for 7 minutes:

3 Front squats @ 85%

CONDITIONING:

5 minute AMRAP:

10 Burpees
1 Squat snatch + 1 Hang power snatch + 1 Overhead squat @ 60%

-Rest 2:00

EMOM for 5 minutes:

1 Squat clean + 1 hang power clean + 1 Push jerk @ 65%
