WOD 11.27.12

STRENGTH:

EMOM for 5 minutes:

1 Power clean + 1 Hang squat clean + 1 Push jerk @ 75%

CONDITIONING:

10 minute AMRAP:

5 Strict pull-ups
10 Front squats, 135/95
25 Double-unders

Post weight used for the STRENGTH and rounds/reps for the CONDITIONING to comments.
